Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Scout’s Kitchen meals are prepared fresh in small batches, all sales are subject to the following policy.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before the weekly order cutoff.
  • Once an order has entered preparation, cancellations are no longer accepted.
  • Order cutoff details are provided during checkout.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once meals have been prepared or delivered.

If there is an issue with your order (such as a preparation or delivery error), please contact us promptly. We will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.


Missed or Failed Deliveries

Scout’s Kitchen is not responsible for missed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address information
  • Inability to access delivery location
  • Customer unavailability at time of delivery

Meals affected by these circumstances are not eligible for refund.


Satisfaction Concerns

Dogs may take time to adjust to fresh food. We recommend transitioning gradually and allowing a few meals for adjustment.
